Delighted and very satisfied! These are two words I would use when describing Arrow Kitchens. Working with them has been a very positive experience. From the beginning of the design stage to the actual installation of the kitchen, three bedrooms, and a laundry room, they have made the complete "new kitchen" process very enjoyable to be involved with.

The staff explained the various options available, helping me come to a decision that would fit in with my style as well as my budget. I shopped around and found that Arrow Kitchens were the only ones that took the time to explain what I would be purchasing based on my selected design. Their staff didn't push me into upgrades, or nickel and dime me with extras that would have exceeded my budget. Once the cabinets arrived, they coordinated the installation and working with the other subcontractors to get all the details completed.

Today I have a wonderful kitchen that allows me to perform the daily activities with ease as well as host the occasional "big bash" in a kitchen that allows multiple tasks to be accomplished at the same time. I truly recommend working with Arrow Kitchens for your next kitchen and/or bath project, you will be pleasantly surprised how enjoyable the experience will be.

I am writing to thank you for all of the work you did to make our kitchen and bathroom renovation so successful. Years ago when we decided to buy an old farmhouse and fix it up,, I never imagined all the work it would take. We wanted to bring the house back to its original beauty and charm. After the first year we started to get really discouraged. I was ready to sell the place and start over with a new house. Calling you to help us with our huge remodeling project was the best decision we made.

The kitchen and bathroom are beautiful now. I never would have imagined that they could have ever turned out this way. The computer generated drawings helped make the whole project come to life and made choosing between options so much easier. Every one of the contractors that you choose was a true pro at their job and the lead contractor really worked well with the ones we chose to coordinate the whole project.

You know how picky I was about just about every detail, and yet you kept your sense of humor and were always professional. I really appreciated that and that is why we will be calling you again when we are ready to do the upstairs bathroom. When we show the before and after pictures to people for the first time, they can't believe the difference! It's hard to get the real impression of how much work was involved without the before picture. Thanks for all your help.

We wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased we are with the kitchen remodeling project you recently completed in our home. Not only did the wood grains blend beautifully, but the overall quality of our new cabinets was exceptional. They look more like fine wood furniture instead of kitchen cabinets.

We were particularly impressed with your suggestions and the personal care you took to insure that the installation was completed without a hitch and on time for our Thanksgiving entertaining. Your suggested “bump out” by the sink and the angled columns made the layout unique. The china cabinet inserted in the wall enables us to bring more color and interest to our décor. The workmanship demonstrated by our installer, Glenn, was reminiscent of Old World craftsmanship.
